Elizabeth Alvarado 0328833 January 24, 2012 Chapter Reflection Blog There is one teacher that I think has done a good job with her students. Her name is Mrs. Williams-Santana. I met Mrs. Williams-Santana when I first started working with the Los Fresnos School district. This teacher has won the best teacher of the nation award (Don’t recall the exact name). I have seen the way she teaches and it’s exciting to see that she makes class interesting and knows how to really motivate the class. She has done an awesome job when it comes to testing; I believe she has gotten a 100% on the TAKS test. She has also helped students that cannot really read and have them love to read or write. I hope that when I get to teaching that I will be not exactly like her but maybe use a couple of steps that she has done. To me she is a wonderful teacher and if I have a question that involves education I will go to her for help.
